Do not abuse bugs.
Report bugs instead of using them for kills, items, gold, points, ranks, movement, safing, or any other advantage. Keeping or sharing a bug method can be treated the same as using it.

Staff Impersonation
Do not pretend to be staff.
Do not claim staff powers, fake staff messages, copy staff names, pressure players with fake authority, or ask for account details while acting like staff.
Account Security
Your account is your responsibility.
Use a unique password, keep your email safe, and never share passwords or reset links. Staff will not ask for your password, bank details, or private login information.

Refund policy
Completed digital rewards are final except staff-approved duplicate payment or failed delivery cases. Read the Refund Policy.
If a reward does not arrive
Log in-game and type ::donated. If it still does not appear, open Discord and include your website username, in-game name, package, and payment time.
