These terms explain the rules for using the Buried614 website, accounts, game services, donation checkout, and virtual rewards.

Acceptance

Using Buried614 means accepting these terms.

By creating an account, logging in, playing, voting, using referral links, downloading the client, buying virtual rewards, or using the website, you agree to these terms, the rules, the refund policy, the privacy policy, and the donation disclaimer.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, game server, launcher, account system, or checkout.

Independent Server

Buried614 is an independent private game server.

Buried614 is an independent private game server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Jagex Ltd. or the official RuneScape service. Any third-party names, marks, or references belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility

Account access has age and permission limits.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Buried614. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Account information

You must provide accurate account and checkout information. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password, email, and reset links secure.

Suspensions

Staff may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for rule-breaking, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security risks, or behavior that harms the server or players.

Virtual Rewards

Game rewards are limited digital access.

Virtual rewards, items, ranks, points, currency, referral rewards, vote rewards, and donation rewards are licensed for use only inside Buried614. They are not property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not create ownership rights.

Buried614 may change, rebalance, remove, replace, or restrict virtual rewards when needed for game balance, abuse prevention, security, technical issues, or server operation.

Payments

Checkout rules protect both players and the server.

Correct username

You must enter the correct in-game username before payment. Rewards are sent to the username submitted at checkout.

Payment review

Orders may be delayed, rejected, or manually reviewed if PayPal, the website, or staff detect fraud, mismatch, duplicate payment, abuse, or delivery risk.

Disputes

Payment reversals, chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or refund abuse may lead to reward removal and account, IP, device, or payment restrictions.

Service Availability

The service can change over time.

Buried614 is provided as an online game community and may experience downtime, bugs, maintenance, data loss, balance changes, economy resets, or service changes. We try to keep the site and game available, but access is not guaranteed.
